There were participants from all over Europe, for example: Hungary, Germany, Malta and the UK.
Special guest was Roger Weissberg, professor of Psychology and founder of CASEL from the U.S. A. who informed us on benefits and results of using social emotional learning methods in schools.
It was a big challenge for Yvonne Abhau and Ben van Ardenne to do a presentation in English about our work and vision on social emotional learning.
We thank Esloo College for opening their school for our presentation and giving a tour through their school.
This European delegation will present a plan to implicate social and emotional learning in schools all over Europe. These plans will be presented to the European committee.
We had two inspiring days. The European delegation appreciated our knowledge on how to implicate difficult subjects in the classroom and make social and emotional learning fun.
